Creative Leadership workshops

How can we reframe leadership for positive impact?

Client: Cambridge Global Challenges, Learning for Purpose (Cambridge Gates)

The Gates Scholar community has a clear mission: gaining knowledge and expertise in order to bring about positive impact in the world. However, at times it can be hard to translate research into innovation, while keeping into account questions such as:

  • What does it mean to be a leader?
  • What are the ethical implications of our good intentions?
  • How can we mitigate possible known-unknowns through co-creation?

As part of Learning for Purpose’s multi-disciplinary training program, I design and facilitate creative sessions, in which we address these questions and identify our role as change makers. Read here the article about the previous session, in collaboration with Design Thinking expert, Dr Simon Pulman-Jones.
